A yoga class perfectly tailored to the needs of a pregnant woman from day one to delivery day!
Respecting the unique demands of this period, we have curated a practice capable of fully conditioning and preparing the body for childbirth, alleviating it from any possible discomfort!
The practice is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and focuses on relaxation exercises and breathing techniques that can adequately prepare you for your upcoming delivery! The combination of exercises and breathing will help you better adjust to the physical changes of pregnancy, control weight gain, serve as a preventive measure for edema, while also improving sleep quality and your mood. Some of the exercises we will implement can also be applied during labor, significantly reducing the duration of the first stage and increasing the chances of achieving a natural delivery.

Postnatal yoga is a way to address the physical, mental, and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as those related to pregnancy. Yoga poses focus on helping new mothers tone their bodies, relieve anxiety, and alleviate physical discomfort. It can increase your mood and energy and help you reconnect with your body. Finally, postnatal yoga practice has been shown to alleviate symptoms of postpartum depression and other related disorders.
The recommendation is one to three classes per week, depending on the participant’s disposition, level, and capability.
Your plan will be personalized and determined after discussion with the instructor.
Because the breastfeeding process at its onset presents certain objective challenges that it would be good to be informed about beforehand. By weighing a breastfeeding plan, you will be able to enjoy this journey with confidence and comfort.
Classes would help to precede childbirth, so you have familiarity and greater confidence from the very beginning and are not confused if the advice you receive is contradictory.
Consultation covers prenatal classes and postpartum support with home visits. The lesson and support plan varies according to the unique needs of each mother/couple.
