Concurrently with her studies, she also became certified as a dance teacher from the professional dance school “Niki Kontaxaki”, Nikoletta Bakali.<\/p>\n

Expanding her educational framework, she went to Copenhagen where she attended seminars on preparing couples for childbirth and postpartum, trained in maternal breastfeeding counseling (Copenhagen Lactation), and became certified in pregnancy dance therapy (DanseHallerne) as well as in pregnancy and postpartum yoga (The Yoga Flat, DK).<\/p>\n

Subsequently, she worked as a midwife with the Moderliv Maternity Center and as a pregnancy dance therapist with the Sceneindgangen Dance Studio. After returning to Greece, she attended the 200h Yoga Alliance RYS training programs, Aerialife aerial yoga TT, and developed her own method for childbirth preparation and postpartum recovery.<\/p>\n
