Graduated from Athens College in 1994. Completed his medical studies at Semmelweis University in Budapest with honors in 2001. After completing military service in 2003, he served as a rural physician in Galaxidi, Phocis until 2005.<\/p>\n

He specialized in Hematology at the Special Anticancer Hospital of Piraeus “Metaxas” from 2006 to 2012. He obtained his Hematology Specialty title in April 2012 and continued to work at the same clinic until the end of the year.<\/p>\n

In 2013, he moved to the UK for specialization in Pregnancy Hematology and Thromboembolic Disease at Leicester (Leicester Royal Infirmary) under Dr. Sue Pavord and in London (Guy’s & St. Thomas Hospitals) under Professor Beverley J. Hunt and Dr. Susan Robinson.<\/p>\n

Since 2014, he has maintained a private practice and collaborates with the Athens Medical Group and REA Maternity Hospital.<\/p>\n

In October 2015, he received his PhD from the University of Athens School of Medicine with honors.<\/p>\n

He has participated in numerous publications in international and Greek journals and conferences.<\/p>\n
